By downloading, installing, or using FX AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FX AI provides foreign exchange rate data, AI-generated market analysis, and timing indicators for informational purposes only. The App is not a financial advisory service, broker, or trading platform.

3. Disclaimer

FX AI does not provide financial advice. All exchange rate data, AI analysis, timing scores, and other information provided through the App are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Trading foreign currencies involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
• The developer is not liable for any losses incurred from decisions made based on information provided by the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

FX AI offers optional paid subscriptions ("FX AI Pro") through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date exchange rate data, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed in the App. Exchange rates are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or differ from actual market rates.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its systems.
• Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
